Powers' Crossroads Country Fair and Arts Festival is acclaimed as one of the outstanding events of its kind in North America. Located 12 miles west of Newnan Ga. on Ga. Hwy. 34 West. GPS coordinates are: N33 20.332 W84 58.778. See map here.
The Powers' Crossroads Festival gates are open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily Saturday through Monday, Labor Day Weekend. Admission is $6 for adults, $5 for seniors and military personnel, $3 for children ages 5-12 and free for children age 4 and under. Free parking is available with free shuttle bus to the main gate. Powers' Crossroads is located on Georgia Highway 34, about 12 miles west of Newnan.
250 juried artists and crafsmen from all over the United States exhibit and sell their creative work.
Entertainment is continuous featuring country, gospel, folk and contemporary music, clogging and a variety of entertainment is featured.
Food is provided by local church and civic groups with a variety of country cooking. Favorites include pork, turkey and chicken Bar B Q. Southern vegetable plates, sausage and biscuits, hamburgers, hot dogs, fried fruit pies, vegetarian type foods and much more.
Highlights include demonstrations of plantation skills such as blacksmithing, sorghum syrup mill, and the original Powers' Plantation grist mill.
Children are entertained in a special children's park area with adult supervision.
FREE PARKING/Shuttle busses are provided for visitors - The festival is operated by six Coweta County non-profit civic organizations who volunteer thousands of hours each year to make the festival a success.

Note to visitors: The festival covers many wooded acres. Upon your arrival, please select a meeting place should you become separated from others in your party. The public address system is for emergencies and festival announcements only.
