June 23, 2009 Exhibition of Youth Photographs of Palmetto Set For June 27, 28 The latest example of the trend in Coweta toward encouraging artistic excellence in its youth comes from the City of Palmetto. The keystone of Palmetto's "Our Lives, Our Land, Our Legacy" program is photographs taken by Palmetto youths which will promote a fuller appreciation of the people and places and history of Palmetto. The program was established by the Palmetto City government and is being run by Palmetto businesswoman Marjorie Dudley Morrow, who owns the Trophy Trends shop. The poster below contains the information on the exhibition where people are invited to come and see the photographs taken by the Palmetto youths participating in the progam. The photograph below shows the participating students.
