Reception for Artist Kay Moore at Images Gallery in Moreland

 

     Images Gallery has moved from Main Street in Grantville to Main Street in Moreland.  Owner Deborah Smith has announced a Reception for Newnan artist Kay Moore in the following Press Release:

moreland, ga, january 26, 2007: Images Gallery will hold an Artist Reception for award winning stained glass artist Kay Moore on Saturday, February 3 from 4:00 to 6:00PM.

 

 

Moore, a resident of Newnan, developed her passion for stained glass after learning it from her father.  Trained in analytical chemistry she left the corporate world behind to pursue this passion and create extraordinary pictures from glass.  Moore creates original works as well as custom designs, such as her portrait of AKC/ASCA Champion Australian Shepherd "NiteStar's Eye of the Tiger". 

 

Images Gallery, located at 21 Main Street , Moreland, is open Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  In addition to fine local art, classes are now forming for stained glass, mosaics, wire art jewelry, children's drawing, children's and adult watercolors, calligraphy and scherenschnitte.  For more information call 770-254-1555
