Main Street Newnan's "Spring Art Walk" on April 20
NCAA Spring Courthouse Art Show on April 21
One of Main Street Newnan's great traditions is the "art walks" in which one visits the downtown merchants to see the special art works displayed there. This year's spring art walk will be held on Friday evening April 20 from 5:30 PM through 8:00 PM. Information is available at the suggested starting point of this walk, the new Flint Gallery opened recently at Panoply Interior Design at 16 Greenville Street. This year's sponsors of the Spring Art Walk are Panoply and Lifestyles magazine. Another great art tradition is the annual Spring Art Show held on the Courthouse Square by the Newnan-Coweta Art Association (NCAA). This is a "juried" show and the theme this year is "Coweta County from Dawn To Dusk". Information on this important NCAA event and other NCAA activities is available on their website, www.newcaa.com.
