Senoia Photographer Gary Gruby Featured in LIFEstyes Magazine
Gary Gruby made the news last year, first for being one of the five Coweta photographers accepted into the prestigious Slow Exposures Photographic Exhibition of the Rural South, and finally as the Grand Prize winner of this contest. Gruby is also known among Coweta historians as the photographer of the "Portraits of Senoia" exhibit which graces the walls of the Senoia Area Historical Society building on Couch Street in Senoia. Recognizing the importance of Gruby for the Southern Arc arts scene, LIFEstyles magazine has produced a feature article on this photographic artist in the current issue, September 2007 on pages 26 thru 28. As with all the articles in this magazine, the pictures are superb and the text is informative and well written. LIFEstyles is to be commended for providing this form of recognition to one of the Southside's finest photographic artists.
