Kris Adams Teaching Art Classes on TV

 

     Last week the noted Coweta County watercolor artist Kristina Adams began teaching art classes on local television.  Adams has won many awards and has had many of her paintings in galleries and other exhibits, such as the annual Southern Crescent Alliance of Visual Artists (SCAVA) traveling exhibit.  Two of these paintings, the ones from the 2004 and 2005 tours, are shown below.  Other paintings by Adams can be viewed on her website given below or by logging on to http://www.newcaa.com/galleries/krisadams/bio.html  Adams is a member of the Newnan-Coweta Art Association (NCAA) and the Georgia Watercolor Society. 

 

Adams has issued the following news release about her TV show:

 

Kristina L. Adams is hosting an instructional watercolor show on Newnan Utilities cable channel 10. Try your hand with some of the ideas she presents.   Adams is an accomplished watercolorist, who has been teaching classes and workshops for many years.  During each Show, Kristina will paint a demo.  She'll cover watercolor basics as well as advanced techniques, mixed media, and some tricks of the trade.   Adams brings a fresh approach to water media, with her bright colors and bold designs.  The "Watercolors by Kristina Show" is entertaining and informative.  Let Kristina help you unleash the artist within.
