July Southern Country Gospel Sing at Grantville Depot Announced

Some of the finest Southern Country Gospel Music on the Southside has been performed during the past several years at the renovated Railroad Freight Depot on Main Street in Grantville, a small city in southern Coweta County at Exit 35 on Interstate 85.  Roy Smith, the organizer of these concerts, has announced the perfomers for this month, which will be held on Saturday July 26 at 7:00 PM.

These musicians are:  The Knox Family from Tallahassee, AL

The Toomey Family from Phenix City, AL    and

                                     One Accord from Columbus, GA.

As always, admission is free, everyone is welcome to attend, and refreshments will be available, and the atmosphere will be casual -- you may come and go when you please, and you may even listen from outside the building or from the adjacent Colley Park.

Smith intends for these concerts to not only be great arts events but also to serve as a ministry.  He says of this Sing, "Jesus will be there in the spirit to meet every need.  Bring the family and friends and be blessed."
