Grantville Depot Southern Country Gospel Sings Resume in February

One of the significant features of the performing arts scene in Coweta County is the monthly Southern Country Gospel Music Sings which have been held in the renovated Grantville Freight Depot for the past several years.  Being next to Colley Park and across from the Main Street of this small Southern rural town provides a great ambience for the Southern Country Gospel genre.  The atmosphere is informal -- one can come and go as he pleases and there are refreshments on sale.  There is no admission charge.  The Sings begin at about 7 PM and usually last approximately 3 hours.  Grantville is located at Exit 35 on Interstate 85 approximately one hour south of Atlanta.

These Sings are organized by Roy Smith who can be reached at 770-251-5621 or by email at depotsinging@yahoo.com
