Grantville Depot Gospel Sings Resume On March 28


     Roy Smith has announced that there will be no Gospel Sing in the Grantville Railroad Freight Depot for the month of February, as originally planned.  The schedule for 2009 will begin with the Sing to be held on March 28 beginning at 7:00 PM.


     There will be two groups in concert that evening:  The Parrish Family from Bainbridge, GA and Happy Harmony from Griffin, GA.  As always there is no admission charge and the atmosphere is informal like a picnic and refreshments will be served.  And there will be an opportunity to meet the musicians afterward.


     The Depot is located on Main Street in Grantville, a small town in southern Coweta County at Exit 35 on Interstate 85.  Information on the Sings is available by contacting Roy Smith at 770-253-5621 or by email at
