Coweta Authors Mae Nunn and John Hickman Featured in Lifestyles

The July issue of Lifestyles magazine contains a feature article on "southern arc authors" entitled "What's The Story?: Local authors racking up titles".  Two of the eight authors included are from Coweta County:  Mae Nunn and John Hickman.  Both belong to the Coweta Writers Group, more and more of whose members are becoming published book authors.

Hickman's novels, which were written some time ago but which have only been published in the past three years, are all set in a fictionalized Coweta county in days of yore, which Hickman learned about from long time residents.  Nunn has lived in Coweta for a long time now but her heart is still in her native Texas, which accounts for her series of Texas Treasures romance novels, which have been published one per year since 2005.

There is one page devoted to each author in the article. Nunn is found on page 42 and Hickman on page 46.  There are three pages on Fayette county writers:  Ferrol Sams from Fayetteville, and Debbie Giusti and Dianna Love Snell from Peachtree City; one on Carroll County author Sandra Novack, one on Henry County's W. Dale Cramer; and one on Douglas County writer Doug Crandell..

As always, the photography and graphics of this magazine are beautiful and the writing is first rate.  Being in Lifestyles is a great honor for Nunn and Hickman and the other area authors.

The magazine is available free of charge at local libraries and other locations.
