RE: [artscoweta] CORRECTED -- USE THIS ONE[Coweta Arts Tidbits] Conlan and Gruby Win Prizes at SlowExposures

Forrest and All…  Please note that the SlowExposures award categories in this Tidbit are reversed.  I won First Place with “Pointing the Way” in the West Central Georgia Category.  Gary Gruby won Second Place with “Bad Moon Rising” in the Southeast Category.  I’ve checked my email of 9/22 and these results are correctly presented.   I just wanted to let you know.  Thank you for getting this and the other Tidbit notices regarding SlowExposures out.  I hope others will visit the show this coming weekend.

Best wishes,

Two Coweta Photographers Win Prizes at SlowExposures:

Paul Conlan of Newnan Takes 1st Prize in Southeast Category

Gary Gruby of Senoia Takes 2nd Prize in West Central GA Category

As they have with past exhibitions, Coweta County photographers this year continued to win prizes at the SlowExposures Photographic Exhibition of the Rural South, which gets harder to do each year as more and more photographers across the country become aware of this prestigious event and the competition gets ever stiffer as more and more of them enter.

Paul Conlan of Newnan won the First Place in the Southeast Category for his entry "Pointing The Way".  Gary Gruby of Senoia won Second Place in the West Central Georgia Category for his entry "Bad Moon Rising".  The winners were chosen over the weekend.

SlowExposures will be running for one more weekend -- the one coming up.  See details on the website www.slowexposures.org.
